Gold Site Support Agreements are included on the Somax™ Professional, Enterprise and Global Security Management Systems. Site Support Agreements begin on the date of software activation and end one year from the date of registration. Sites with Somax™ Enterprise or Global software are required to stay current with the Site Support Agreement policy.

An SSA guarantees customers utilizing the Somax™ Access Control and Integrated Security System will have complete access to valuable resources and technical support for software upgrades, factory database conversions and other utilities in addition to technical support.
